Dangote Refinery IPO: Full list of 32 approved banks, fintechs, operators to buy shares

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 financial institutions and digital platforms to enable investors subscribe for its shares when its public offer opens.

The company released the list on its official Initial Public Offering (IPO) website, urging prospective investors to use only the approved channels when purchasing the shares.

The authorised platforms include 19 banks, 10 fintech companies, two mobile network operators and NGX Invest.

Dangote Refinery also warned investors to be cautious of unauthorised platforms or individuals claiming to offer access to the share sale, stressing that subscriptions should be made only through the channels listed on its official IPO platform.

The company said, “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here.”

The refinery’s website currently lists the offer price at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, valued at ₦5,250.

The public offer is part of the Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from the Nigerian investing public through the sale of ordinary shares.
