‘There’s nothing like Rainbow Coalition in Imo State’, Gov Uzodimma warns supporters, vow action

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma has declared that the Rainbow Coalition has no presence in the state, expressing confidence that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the 2027 general election through what he described as organic votes.

Uzodinma made the declaration on Tuesday during the distribution of campaign vehicles under the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement in Imo State.

The governor expressed confidence that Imo would deliver victory for President Bola Tinubu and the APC in the forthcoming elections.

He maintained that the coalition posed no challenge to the ruling party’s political prospects in the state, insisting that the APC had sufficient grassroots support to secure victory at the polls.

The distribution of campaign vehicles under the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement is part of efforts to strengthen the party’s mobilisation and outreach ahead of the 2027 general election.

Uzodinma’s remarks reflect the APC’s confidence in its political standing in Imo State as parties and political groups begin preparations for the next general election.
