BREAKING: Ex-AGF Abubakar Malami to remain in EFCC custody as court denies bail

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court has refused bail to Abubakar Malami, the former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, while he remains in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

On Thursday, Judge Babangida Hassan ruled that Malami’s detention is lawful and supported by a valid court order.
