Relationship Officer

The Relationship Officer role is a full-time, field-driven position within FairMoney’s Growth team. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and acquiring businesses, developing commercial relationships and growing a portfolio of merchants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and acquiring high-potential businesses within assigned territories.
• Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Developing a customer pipeline through field prospecting, referrals, networking and market mapping.
• Understanding merchants’ businesses, cash flow and financing needs.
• Managing relationships from acquisition through portfolio growth.
• Developing strategies to achieve acquisition, revenue and portfolio targets.
• Exploring new territories and identifying market expansion opportunities.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and addressing potential risks.
• Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Using data and market intelligence to make commercial decisions.
• Maintaining accurate records of customers, opportunities and portfolio performance.
