The company is seeking candidates with strong expertise in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management and project delivery to support its large-scale hospitality and commercial real estate projects.

1. Fit-Out Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos

Role Summary
The Fit-Out Procurement Manager will oversee the strategic sourcing and procurement of interior finishes, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), and specialised systems, including audiovisual (AV), CCTV and LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure for the Reportage Towers project.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with approved designs, project budgets, delivery timelines and international hotel brand standards while managing the entire procurement lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management
- Source and onboard qualified local and international suppliers.
- Manage competitive bidding and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and implement value engineering initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with specialist technical subcontractors.
Quality and Brand Compliance
- Coordinate material approvals with international hotel operators and clients.
- Ensure procured materials meet approved specifications and mock-up standards.
- Manage design variations and ensure all changes receive formal approval before procurement.
Project Delivery
- Procure materials required for studio room mock-ups within project timelines.
- Place purchase orders for all long-lead materials within the first 45 days.
- Monitor procurement progress using ERP systems from approval to installation.
Financial and Contract Management
- Manage multi-currency supplier contracts.
- Mitigate foreign exchange risks.
- Prepare supplier agreements covering warranties, retention and defect liability clauses.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years’ procurement and supply chain experience.
- Five to seven years’ experience in luxury hospitality or commercial fit-out procurement.
- Experience working with international hotel brands.
- Strong contract negotiation and value engineering skills.
- Practical knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement and interior finishes.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Contract drafting and supplier management expertise.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong risk management and planning abilities.
- High attention to detail.
2. Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Systems

Role Overview
The Head of Supply Chain & Procurement Systems will lead the company’s procurement transformation by establishing factory-direct sourcing strategies, improving procurement efficiency and implementing automated procurement systems.
The successful candidate will oversee international sourcing, foreign exchange risk management, ERP implementation and supply chain optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing
- Develop direct relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Turkey, China and Europe.
- Reduce procurement costs by eliminating unnecessary intermediaries.
- Manage total landed costs, including freight, duties and clearing.
- Review project specifications before contract execution.
Financial Management
- Negotiate supplier credit terms.
- Manage Letters of Credit and other trade finance instruments.
- Develop procurement strategies that minimise foreign exchange risks.
Systems Development
- Lead procurement workflow implementation within the company’s ERP system.
- Standardise procurement processes and product kits.
- Introduce supplier performance evaluation systems.
Logistics Management
- Coordinate international freight for large-scale construction and hospitality projects.
- Supervise freight forwarding and customs clearing operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc or MA).
- Between 10 and 15 years of relevant experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Extensive experience in international sourcing, logistics, ERP implementation and commercial procurement.
