Tension brews in APC over alleged selective inclusion in NWC
Published
4 months agoon
Barely weeks after inaugurating new leaders, fresh cracks are already showing within the All Progressives Congress.
A growing dispute over who gets included in the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) is raising serious questions about fairness, unity, and respect for the party’s constitution.
Some stakeholders say certain deputy national officers are being sidelined, despite provisions that should guarantee their inclusion — a move critics warn could alienate key states ahead of the 2027 elections.
With concerns mounting, many are asking: Can the APC manage its internal tensions before they escalate into a full-blown crisis?
