Tragedy as fuel tanker overturns, burst into flames in Lagos

A petroleum tanker loaded with Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) overturned and burst into flames late on Wednesday, February 11, at the Ikeja Along area of Lagos State.

The Nation gathered that the tanker lost control and fell on the road, spilling its petrol content. The spillage later ignited, leading to a fire outbreak that caused panic in the area.

Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) and other emergency responders are at the scene.
