Nasarawa Politics: Gov Sule endorses Wadada as preferred successor
Published
3 months agoon
Governor Abdullahi Sule has announced Senator Aliyu Wadada as his preferred governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Sule made this known during a meeting with political appointees at the Nasarawa State Government House, signalling early political alignments as preparations gradually build towards the next election cycle.
Very Nigerian reports that Wadada represents Nasarawa West in the 10th Senate and recently defected from the SDP to the APC to run for the governorship.
