BREAKING: FG clears payments for 1,240 contractors, prioritises claims below N100m

The Federal Ministry of Finance has approved payments to more than 1,240 contractors working across various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) following a comprehensive verification and reconciliation exercise.
Mary-Ann Duke, Senior Special Assistant on Communication and Press Secretary to the Minister of Finance, disclosed this in a statement on Monday, noting that the exercise was conducted to validate outstanding financial obligations owed to contractors.
