Cubana Chief Priest Rolls Out Campaign-Branded Vehicles for Tinubu
Popular socialite and nightlife entrepreneur, Cubana Chief Priest, has stirred reactions on social media after unveiling customised luxury vehicles branded in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Cubana Chief Priest, who is reportedly the Director of the City Boy Movement in Imo State, has consistently expressed support for President Tinubu, the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and has also hinted at ambitions for active political involvement.
In videos shared on his Instagram Story on Wednesday, the celebrity businessman showcased a campaign-branded Lamborghini Urus and a Dongfeng M-Hero parked within a residential compound.
The luxury vehicles were wrapped in green, white, blue and red colours and prominently displayed images of President Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and Seyi Tinubu.
Several political inscriptions were also visible on the vehicles, including “City Boy Movement,” “APC,” and “Asiwaju Still on Motion,” signalling support for Tinubu’s expected re-election bid in 2027.
The videos quickly went viral across social media platforms, generating mixed reactions from Nigerians. While supporters praised the gesture as a demonstration of loyalty and political mobilisation, critics questioned the growing involvement of celebrities in partisan politics at a time of economic hardship and rising cost of living.
The development adds to the increasing political activities and endorsements already emerging ahead of the 2027 elections, despite the campaigns still being some distance away.
