Eurozone inflation holds steady at 2.1% in November

Eurozone inflation held steady at 2.1 per cent in November, slightly above the European Central Bank’s target, according to revised official data released on Wednesday.

Earlier estimates from the EU’s statistics agency had indicated that annual inflation in the single currency area had risen to 2.2 per cent in November, moving further away from the ECB’s two-per-cent goal.
