1. Assistant HR Business Partner, Commercial
Location: Lagos
The Assistant HR Business Partner, Commercial will work with the HR Lead to manage people-related activities within designated business areas from both operational and strategic HR perspectives.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of HR policies, recruitment activities, employee onboarding, talent management, performance management, succession planning, workforce analysis and other people-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Supporting the HR Lead in implementing HR plans aligned with the goals of Commercial, Logistics and Procurement functions.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and employee onboarding activities.
- Ensuring necessary pre-employment checks are conducted.
- Supporting the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies.
- Supporting line managers in talent reviews and performance management.
- Coaching and supporting line managers in managing employees effectively.
- Supporting talent and succession planning.
- Analysing HR data to support workforce decisions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve organisational and employee performance.
- Supporting change management initiatives, including departmental restructuring and job role design.
- Working with Learning and Development teams to address skill gaps.

Requirements
Candidates are expected to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least five years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience.

2. Digital Communications & Content Manager
Location: Lagos
The Digital Communications & Content Manager will be responsible for managing HBM Nigeria Plc’s internal and external content, digital communication strategies and online platforms.
The successful candidate will also work with agencies, consultants and other internal teams to ensure that the company’s communications are consistent, engaging and aligned with its corporate brand.

The Senior Internal Auditor – Systems & Procurement will support the organisation in strengthening internal controls relating to information technology and procurement.
