Rivers High Court Judges resume duties following Christmas vacation

Judges of the Rivers State High Court have resumed work following the conclusion of the court’s Christmas vacation.
The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi, had earlier announced that the break would run from Thursday, December 23, 2025, to Friday, January 9, 2026.
In a statement issued by the Chief Registrar of the Rivers State High Court, David Ihua-Maduenyi, the Chief Judge urged members of the public to take note of the resumption date.
According to the statement, full judicial activities resumed on Monday, January 12, 2026
