The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reported that the meeting took place inside the President’s office.

In attendance were Governors Umar Namadi of Jigawa, Monday Okpebholo of Edo, Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti, Usman Ododo of Kogi, Aliyu Sokoto of Sokoto and Nasir Idris of Kebbi.

The governors did not speak to State House correspondents after the meeting.
