Wike appoints Sani Daura as SSA on Protocol
Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has appointed the outgoing Director of Protocol in the FCT Administration, Alhaji Sani Musa Daura, as his Senior Special Assistant on Protocol Matters.
The appointment was announced in a statement issued on Wednesday by the Minister’s Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and Social Media.
According to the statement, Sani Daura is a seasoned civil servant who has spent over 30 years working in the Protocol Department of the Federal Capital Territory Administration, where he gained wide experience in official procedures and state engagements.
Sani Musa Daura became the Director, FCT Protocol in 2019, and will retire from the Civil Service on January 24, 2026.
“The appointment takes effect from the date of his retirement from the civil service”, the statement added.
