2026 World Cup: Groups stage fixtures released ahead of historic tournament ( Full List )
Football fans worldwide now have a clear picture of the road to glory as FIFA officially unveiled the group stage draw for the 2026 World Cup, setting the stage for what promises to be one of the most competitive tournaments in recent history.
Host nations Mexico, Canada, and the United States headline their respective groups, while global powerhouses such as Brazil, Germany, Argentina, France, Spain, Portugal, and England also learned their opponents ahead of the expanded 48-team mundial.
The draw placed Mexico in Group A alongside South Africa, Korea, and the yet-to-be-decided Play-off D winner.
Canada will compete in Group B with Play-off A, Qatar, and Switzerland, while co-host USA leads Group D with Paraguay, Australia, and Play-off C.
Five African nations, South Africa, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Egypt, Senegal, Algeria, Cape Verde, and Ghana, all received their group assignments, promising a stiff challenge as they chase continental pride on the world stage.
