BREAKING: Headline inflation drops to 15.43% in July – NBS

Nigeria’s headline inflation rate declined to 15.43 percent in July 2026, down from 15.91 percent recorded in June.
The latest figure was disclosed by the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) in its Consumer Price Index (CPI) report for July, released on Monday.
“In July 2026, the Headline inflation rate stood at 15.43%, down from 15.91% in June 2026 and stood at 24.94% in the same month of the preceding year (July 2025).”
