BREAKING: EFCC targets Malami’s Abuja home for takeover

5 months agoon
Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Tuesday moved to take control of the Maitama residence of former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, in Abuja.
Reports indicate that EFCC operatives, reportedly led by Folarin Dare, arrived in five buses, wearing the commission’s red and black jackets, heavily armed, and barricaded the road leading to Malami’s residence.
The property, located at No. 2 Koranakh Close, off Amazon Street, was sealed off, preventing access.

The action is believed to be linked to an ongoing investigation into alleged financial improprieties involving the former AGF.
