Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State on Saturday visited the rescued victims of the Oriire kidnapping who are currently receiving medical care at the Nigerian Army’s 2 Division Medical Centre.
The governor was accompanied by a senior medical officer of the Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Moses Azuoru, during the visit to the facility, where the victims have been undergoing treatment following their rescue from captivity.

Makinde’s visit was aimed at checking on the health and recovery of the victims, while also appreciating the efforts of the security personnel and medical team involved in their rescue and rehabilitation.
