Plateau Senator Pam Dachungyang decamp to APC from ADP

Senator Pam Mwadkon Dachungyang has officially left the Action Democratic Party (ADP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC).

His decision was made known on Thursday during plenary at the Senate, where the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, read his letter of defection on the floor of the chamber.

In the letter, Dachungyang explained that his move was due to irreconcilable differences within the ADP, which he said made it difficult for him to continue as a member of the party.

He stated that the APC offers a suitable platform for him to continue serving his constituents effectively.
