Seun Kuti, Mr P end feud after clash over 2023 presidential election
Afrobeats stars Seun Kuti and Peter Okoye, popularly known as Mr P, have ended their public feud and made peace after months of disagreements related to the 2023 presidential election.
The dispute started when Seun Kuti criticised Labour Party candidate Peter Obi. Mr P responded to the criticism, and their exchange quickly turned heated on social media, drawing attention from fans and followers.
However, the musicians, who clashed on social media, were seen embracing at a Lagos nightclub, with Kuti stating, “We are artistes, we can’t be fighting over politicians,” a sentiment Okoye agreed with.
