10 Nigerians on fresh US deportation rollout (Full List)

The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added 10 Nigerians to its “Worst of the Worst” register of criminal immigrants arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The latest names, published on the DHS website, are linked to alleged offences including wire fraud, identity theft, drug offences, child-related crimes, larceny, aggravated assault and weapons possession.

The development comes amid intensified immigration enforcement under the administration of US President Donald Trump.

The latest publication was released about seven weeks after US authorities published a larger list containing the names and photographs of 124 Nigerians on the same register.

The 10 Nigerians included in the latest update were not part of the July publication.

On July 9, 2026, DHS released the names and photographs of 124 Nigerians arrested by ICE and associated with various criminal offences.

Among those named in the latest update is Temitope Bashua, who DHS linked to wire fraud, identity theft and fraud in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.

Ojehoro Lewis was listed in connection with cruelty toward a child in Conroe, Texas, while Franklin Dikeocha was associated with a sex offence against a child, specifically fondling, in Dallas, Texas.

Osemudiamen Kingsley Oziegbe and Raymond H. Ekevwo were listed over wire fraud cases in Louisville, Kentucky, and Oxford, Wisconsin, respectively.

Johnson Ogunlana, in White Deer, Pennsylvania, was listed for fraud and identity theft.

Chukwuemeka Chinye, in Pollock, Louisiana, was associated with larceny from a banking-type institution, fraud, larceny, identity theft and conspiracy.

Daniel Oworen, based in Conroe, Texas, was listed in connection with dangerous drugs.

Another Nigerian, Chukwuemeka Okorocha, in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, was linked to several offences, including wire fraud, dangerous drugs, possession of a weapon and aggravated assault involving a non-family gun.

DHS: Register targets ‘worst of the worst’

DHS said the register was created to highlight what it described as the “worst of worst criminal aliens” arrested by ICE.

“Under DHS leadership, the hardworking men and women of DHS and ICE are fulfilling President Trump’s promise and carrying out mass deportations, starting with the worst of the worst, including the illegal aliens you see here,” the department said.

However, the latest publication does not indicate that the 10 Nigerians have been deported.

It also does not provide specific deportation dates for the individuals named.

Rather, the register identifies them as immigrants arrested by ICE and outlines the offences associated with their respective cases.

The latest update therefore represents an expansion of the US authorities’ public register of Nigerians facing immigration enforcement action and should not, by itself, be interpreted as confirmation that all those listed have been convicted or removed from the United States.
