NECO announces release of 2026 internal SSCE results

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has released the 2026 results of the Internal Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE).

The Registrar of the Council, Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, announced the results at the council’s headquarters in Minna on Thursday.

He said a total of 1,378,048 candidates, representing 682,352 male candidates and 695,696 female candidates, registered for this year’s internal SSCE.

According to the Registrar, 1,371,992 candidates, representing 678,903 male candidates and 693,089 female candidates, sat for the examination.
