The Time Office Assistant will support workforce time and attendance administration by maintaining accurate employee attendance records, monitoring shift schedules, processing time-related information and assisting with workforce reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure employee time records are properly documented and aligned with company policies, payroll requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record daily employee attendance, resumption and closing times and shift movements.
• Maintain attendance registers, timesheets and biometric attendance records.
• Verify employee clock-in and clock-out records and identify discrepancies.
• Process leave, overtime, shift changes, off-days and other workforce attendance adjustments.
• Assist in preparing attendance and man-hour reports for management.
• Track absenteeism, lateness and early departures and maintain relevant records.
• Update employee attendance databases and filing systems.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and overtime information.

2. Senior Laboratory Attendant

The Senior Laboratory Attendant will support the Quality Control Unit by collecting, preparing and processing samples of raw materials, intermediate products such as clinker and finished cement.

The role also involves maintaining laboratory hygiene, inventory control and compliance with safety and ISO quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure availability of samples required for chemical laboratory and XRF analysis.
• Collect samples of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products.
• Accurately sample raw materials, raw meals, kiln feed, clinker and cement from mills and packing plants as required.
• Carry out chemical analysis of samples as required.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Comply with the ISO management system and applicable quality requirements.

Requirements

• SSCE or Trade Test 3, 2 or 1.
• At least five years’ relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, terminology and handling procedures.
