Flour Mills of Nigeria announces Engineering Programme for young Nigerians – Apply Now

Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) is inviting applications from qualified young engineering graduates for its Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0, an initiative designed to prepare participants for careers in manufacturing, production and plant operations.

The programme aims to strengthen participants’ technical knowledge and operational capabilities, equipping them with skills needed for future leadership roles within industrial and manufacturing environments.

Eligible candidates with relevant engineering qualifications and limited work experience are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the FMN Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational qualification: A Bachelor of Engineering (BEng), Bachelor of Technology (BTech) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering.
  • Relevant disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Work experience: Between zero and two years of relevant experience in a core manufacturing, production or plant environment.
  • NYSC: Applicants must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme.
  • Age limit: Candidates must be no older than 27 years.

About the Programme

The Exclusive Engineering Programme 3.0 is designed to develop young engineering graduates for technical and operational responsibilities in manufacturing and industrial settings.

Through the initiative, FMN seeks to build the engineering capabilities required to support production activities and prepare suitable candidates for future operational leadership positions.

The programme is particularly relevant to graduates interested in developing careers in plant operations, engineering maintenance, manufacturing processes and production management.
