Heirs Holdings graduate trainee programme 2026 (How to apply)

Heirs Holdings has opened applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, offering young Nigerian graduates an opportunity to begin their careers across companies within the Heirs Holdings Group.

Successful applicants may be assigned to any of the participating companies based on their academic discipline, skills and application profile.

Companies Participating

The programme covers opportunities across:

  • Afriland Properties
  • Heirs Insurance Group
  • United Capital
  • Heirs Energies

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree.
  • Must have completed the NYSC programme.
  • Must be not more than 27 years old at the time of application.

Who Can Apply?

The programme is suitable for recent graduates who meet the stated academic and age requirements and are looking to gain professional experience within leading companies across sectors including energy, insurance, financial services and real estate.

Applicants may be assigned to any of the participating companies depending on their discipline and application.
