POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1️⃣ Lead, Environmental Health & Safety (Lagos)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years’ HSE experience.
• Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, ISO 45001, CSP or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian workplace safety laws.
• Willingness to travel across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Occupational Health & Safety programmes.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Coordinate emergency response and fire safety.
• Investigate workplace incidents.
• Ensure environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver HSE training and capacity building.

2️⃣ Regional Facilities Manager – North Central (Abuja)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• Valid HSE certification.
• Experience in facilities management and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional facilities operations.
• Oversee office development and maintenance.
• Lead property acquisition and lease management.
• Supervise contractors and vendors.
• Manage facility projects and budgets.
• Ensure HSE compliance.

3️⃣ Regional Facilities Manager – North East (Gombe)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Valid HSE certification.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of architectural and workspace design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple facilities within the region.
• Coordinate workspace planning.
• Supervise construction and renovation projects.
• Monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.

4️⃣ Product Auditor (Remote)

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Product Audit, Systems Audit or Payment Operations.
• CISA, CIA, CFE, ACA or ACCA certification is an advantage.
• Strong SQL and payment systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit payment products and financial controls.
• Review product design before deployment.
• Assess settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Evaluate transaction integrity.
• Conduct product risk assessments.
• Prepare audit reports and recommendations.
