Coca-Cola HBC opens recruitment for Finance, Marketing, Payroll Professionals in Nigeria (How to apply)

Coca-Cola HBC (Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company), the bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, has opened applications for multiple professional positions across its Finance, Marketing and Human Resources divisions in Nigeria.

The company is recruiting experienced professionals for five roles: Finance Specialist – Governance, COGS Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Lead, Marketing Execution Lead – Key Accounts Channel, and Payroll Expert.

Successful candidates will join one of the world’s leading beverage companies, which operates in more than 200 countries through The Coca-Cola Company and is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Athens Exchange.

Available Positions

1. Finance Specialist – Governance

Location: Benin, Edo State

The successful candidate will oversee plant governance processes, internal controls, audit compliance, inventory management, asset management and financial control systems.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Four to six years of experience in finance or process-oriented operations.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and accounting regulations.
  • Experience using SAP, EDGE and other enterprise systems.
  • Professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA or CIMA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

2. COGS Senior Analyst

Location: Lagos

The role involves supporting cost planning, financial analysis, manufacturing cost reporting and profitability analysis while collaborating with Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of two years’ finance or accounting experience.
  • FMCG or multinational company experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.

3. Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Nigeria

The Digital Marketing Lead will drive digital engagement, e-commerce growth, online campaigns, content strategy and customer acquisition across digital platforms.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or Visual Communication.
  • At least five years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

4. Marketing Execution Lead – Key Accounts Channel

Location: Lagos

The successful candidate will coordinate marketing execution across supermarkets, quick-service restaurants and other key accounts to improve product visibility, shopper engagement and sales performance.

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of seven years’ professional experience.
  • Experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing or channel marketing.
  • Strong project management, communication and analytical skills.

5. Payroll Expert

Location: Lagos

The Payroll Expert will support salary administration, statutory remittances, payroll reporting, reconciliations and compliance with Nigerian payroll regulations.

Requirements include:

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Two to four years of payroll or compensation experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good understanding of PAYE, Pension, NHF, ITF, NSITF and other statutory payroll obligations.
