Unity Cup: Super Eagles to battle Zimbabwe in match opener

Nigeria national football team will begin their campaign at the 2026 Unity Cup with a clash against Zimbabwe national football team in the tournament’s opening match.
The fixture is set to take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at The Valley, the home ground of Charlton Athletic.
In the second semi-final, Jamaica national football team will go head-to-head with India national football team a day later at the same venue.
Both the third-place play-off and the final will also take place at The Valley on Saturday, May 30, 2026.
Nigeria head into the tournament as defending champions, having won the previous edition after a dramatic 5-4 penalty shootout victory over Jamaica.
The final had ended 2-2 in regulation time.
