Several US fighter jets downed in Kuwait — defence ministry

The Kuwait Ministry of Defence has confirmed that several United States Armed Forces aircraft crashed in the country on the morning of March 2, 2026.
A spokesperson for the ministry stated that the cause of the crashes is not yet clear.
However, all crew members aboard the aircraft were reported safe, with no injuries sustained.
Authorities have not released further details, but investigations into the incident are expected to commence immediately.
